To ensure security calls the right number, go to the Account tab in your EIQ-Connect app. Tap the Pencil icon in the top-right corner, next to the three dots. Select Change Order next to your phone numbers. Use the up and down arrows to adjust the calling order if you have multiple numbers.
If the desired number isn’t listed, you can add it on the previous screen or update one of the numbers on this screen.
