Access the Guest List
- Open the app and navigate to the Guest List tab.
- Your current guest list will be displayed.

Add a Guest
- Tap the Plus (+) icon to begin adding a new guest.
- This will open a menu to select the type of visitor you want to add.

Select Visitor and Access Types
- Choose the Visitor Type (e.g., Guest, Service, or Delivery).
- Select the Access Type based on the visitor’s entry details, such as date and time.

Enter Guest Details
- Fill in the First Name and Last Name of the guest.
- For company visitors (e.g., service or delivery teams):
- Select Service as the type.
- A field for the Company Name will appear—enter the company name here.
- If known, you can also include the first and last name of the individual from the company.

Save the Guest
- Once all required details are entered, tap Save to add the guest to your list.
Reminder
To ensure smooth operations at the gatehouse, always add your guests ahead of time.
