The EIQ-Connect app features an intuitive design that simplifies guest management, vehicle tracking, and viewing guest visit history. It also allows users to update personal profiles and seamlessly manage multiple properties within the same community.
By default, guest lists are shared among household members, except renters, making coordination easy. To disable sharing for specific individuals, tap the Share icon in the Guests tab. Please note that some communities may not allow this feature to be turned off.
Adding a Guest
Adding a guest is quick and easy. Simply tap the Plus (+) icon, select the type of guest, specify the duration of their visit, and enter their first and last name. Tap Add to complete the process, and your guest will be added to the system and ready for access.
Voice Recognition
For faster guest management, EIQ-Connect offers voice recognition. On the Guests screen, tap the blue button to activate voice recognition. Allow microphone access on your device if prompted. Once activated, tap the microphone icon again and state the details, such as: "Name: John Smith," "Type: Guest," "Validity: Tomorrow." If the displayed information is correct, tap Add Guest. If not, tap the microphone to try again.
Vehicles
In the Vehicles tab, residents can view all vehicles registered to their account. They can update vehicle information, upload registration documents, and keep their records up to date with their community’s management team.
Traffic
The Traffic tab lets residents quickly check recent guest entries processed by security for their address. Residents also receive push notifications when their guest has been successfully processed at the gatehouse, ensuring real-time updates and streamlined communication.
Resident Account Information
The residents can manage their personal account, which includes a QR code when using the guest lane. They can update their email address, PIN number, vacation settings and communication preferences for the community. In some communities, phone numbers will be read only and you should contact your property manager for an update.
