Select a guest to whom you wish to send an EIQ-Passport, also known as a QR Code. Upon clicking the guest's name in the app, you will be able to view all their information.
Once you've clicked on their name you'll see all their details. Tap the Send QR button or the QR icon on tablets and computers at the top of the screen to access the feature.
This QR code will expire at the end of your visitor's expiration date.
Choose your favorite method to send the QR pass to your visitor. For example, you can send it as a text message or an email. You will need either the mobile phone number or the email of the person you want the send the QR code to. Please do not delete the EIQ-Connect QR code link from your messages.
Depending on your device's connection, they should receive the pass within a minute.
QR Code Access Duration & How to Revoke Access
QR codes issued through EIQ-Passport remain active until the guest’s scheduled access period ends. However, if a guest no longer needs access—for example, if a service provider is no longer working with you—the QR code will still be usable until it expires unless the guest is manually deleted.
To permanently deactivate a QR code, you must delete the guest entry:

Tap on the guest’s name in your guest list

Tap the Edit button in the top right corner

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete guest
This ensures their QR code is immediately deactivated and cannot be used again.
