Now, input your email address and the PIN number provided in the welcome email. After entering this information, press "Sign Up".
In the next step, you will receive a verification code in your email and create your own password. After setting and confirming your password, hit Sign Up.
Congratulations, your account is now active!
Let's proceed by signing in with your email address and the password you've just created. After inputting your credentials, please check the box to verify that you are not a robot, as your security is our top priority.
Finally, click on "Login" to begin exploring the features of the EIQ-Connect app.
If the app says "Your account already exists"
When you try to activate, if you receive an error saying "Account already exists", it means either you or someone in your household has already activated your account. In this case, please go to Log In page and click on "Forgot Password" to recover your password.
